Social Media Specialist

Job Description:

The Social Media Specialist will support the evolving efforts of our Digital & Social Media teams – playing a key role in the successful planning, coordination & deployment of our social media campaigns. In this position, you will work with Content Management Systems (CMS) and ensure the proper timing & delivery of content aligned with our digital team’s goals & PMI Guidelines. One of the key responsibilities in this role will be communication with our audience – including reputation management on review sites, addressing customer inquiries through social media, collecting valuable insights, and building a community of loyal users.

Daily Responsibilities:

Brand & Content Management across Social Media: •Work directly with both our local and global Content & Digital Teams to create and work on content plans for all social media channels (Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn and other emerging platforms). •Manage all content streams and schedule/publish approved content across all relevant channels – consistently maintaining lead times on Social Media calendars for review, edits & more. Brand Moderation & Community Management: •Operate as a community manager for all digital channels in collaboration and partnership with our Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure best in class customer care. •Overlook and manage review management process both on 3rd party review sites (Google my Business, Trust Pilot etc) and own social media channels. •Manage and nurture online communities across our social media channels ensuring a positive and engaging experience. •Ensure all customer feedback is responded to in a timely manner & escalated if and when needed. •Collect valuable consumer insights’ shared across our social media.

Job Requirements:

Analytics & KPI Tracking •Oversee and manage content calendars, reporting, optimization, and tracking metrics for core brands. This includes reports on engagement, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and tracking collaboration goals on a weekly and monthly basis. •Lean into analytical insights and in supporting leadership teams by taking and translating analytics into business actions. Who we’re looking for: •4-6+ years of experience, with a minimum of 4 years in-house in a relevant role or digital agency experience. •Proven experience in organic social media management & strategy - with references to successful case studies. •Ability to operate all content platforms, scheduling tools & analytic modules. •Strong written and verbal communication skills •Comfortable collaborating with cross functional teams and operating independently when needed. •Experience executing corporate level strategy •Experience with Sprinklr a plus •Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Design, Public Relations, Marketing or another relevant field is preferred. •Legally authorized to work in the US


Annual Base Salary Range: $84,000-$126,500
