What is the interview process at cxLoyalty?

The interview process at cxLoyalty consist of human resources first with a series of basic questions. The in-person interview consists of a group interview with a case study. There are additional interviews with the leadership team. The interview process is lengthy. The applicant is likely to meet with four different people over a four-week span. The applicant is in the loop. There is communication during these weeks. Please expect phone calls and e-mails from human resources. The interview process at cxLoyalty is described as being easy and straightforward.

What questions, concerns, or scenarios might be addressed during an interview at cxLoyalty?

What are your skill sets? How does it relate to the role that you are applying for? What are your excel proficiency? How are you able to work with a large team? Tell me about your last role and what kinds of projects you managed. What methodologies have you used in the past on projects? And what has been your exposure to the different kind of methodologies? (Ie Six Sigma, Waterfall, Agile) What has been your approach on any given project? How did you interact with the team? Tell us how you provide status updates and what you include. How do you deal with resourcing constraints and conflicts? Do you have experience working with people outside the US (offshore?) How do you deal with the barrier of not being face to face with these resources? How do you handle it when a resource won't cooperate and collaborate with you on a project? What is your escalation path and how do you use this when it's needed? How do you deliver bad news to a stakeholder about a budget/timeline/etc and how did you deliver a solution with the news? The most difficult part of the interview process was meeting with the Vice President. He was very approachable, friendly, and professional, but most of my questions was applicable to the job and not so much the company so he was unable to give me an answer.
