Job Description:
The Procurement & Logistics Analyst will support purchasing, supply chain execution, and logistics planning for both new and existing solar sites across the portfolio. This role ensures timely,cost-effective sourcing and delivery of PV system components nationwide. The analyst will work cross-functionally with engineering, project management, and energy teams (O&M) to aid in consistent and timely material movement throughout.
Daily Responsibilities:
Support sourcing and procurement of solar PVEquipment (modules, inverters, racking, BOS, transformers, switchgear, wire/cable, monitoring).
Manage RFQs, vendor quotes, bid evaluations, and price/term negotiations.
Work with technical teams to ensure materials meet project requirements and industry standards (e.g., IEC, Certifications).
Track purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and delivery commitments.
Coordinate freight, logistics scheduling, warehousing, and site deliveries.
Track shipments and resolve delivery delays, damage claims, or exceptions.
Maintain procurement trackers, equipment schedules, and supplier performance metrics.
Support pre-construction budgeting through pricing research and quantity estimates.
Manage RMA/warranty coordination with Energy Team and distributors.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain management, or inventory control (renewables, construction, or electrical distribution preferred).
Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
