Job Description:
Altus Power is currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with the skills, experience, and aptitude to join our team as Talent Management Summer Intern.
Daily Responsibilities:
Support the implementation and optimization of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes.
Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings and coordinating interviews.
Support new hire onboarding processes
Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Help with updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and employee experience.
Job Requirements:
Strong interest in a career in Human Resources.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus, but not required.
Ability to work at our Headquarters in Stamford, CT with the occasional project visit while supervised.
