Job Description:

The Customer Strategy & Marketing Intern will play a pivotal role in supporting the Customer Strategy team by assisting with key projects and activities that drive the visibility, distribution, and effectiveness of our product portfolio. This hands-on role is ideal for a highly organized and motivated individual seeking experience in trade marketing, category management, data analytics, and strategic planning.

Daily Responsibilities:

Customer Selling Presentations Support the Category Management team with analysis of sales, market share, and consumer trends for retailer facing presentations Help summarize shopper insights into clear takeaways that support retail sell-in of new product initiatives Clean, optimize and enhance Master Presentations Customer Activation Support Assist Customer Strategy Director in the collection of retailer specific priorities and activation plans at key customers Maintenance of the Customer Activation template Project Support Assist in building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and presentations using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and syndicated data (e.g., Circana, Numerator, Yipit) Conduct competitive and assortment analysis to identify growth opportunities and whitespace for key retail partners Provide additional support on ad hoc projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of the Customer Strategy & Marketing team. Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute innovative ideas to optimize go to market strategies.

Job Requirements:

Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus. Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and learning.

Compensation:

You must be a current college student entering your junior or senior year in the fall of 2025. You must be in excellent academic standing. You have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. You are proficient with MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint Conair does not provide housing for summer interns At this time, we are unable to sponsor visas or OPT Compensation is set at $25 per hour This internship is Monday- Friday located in our Stamford, CT office beginning June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025. We currently operate on a hybrid schedule; candidate must be willing to come into the office 3x/week.
