Job Description:
The Digital Content Intern will support the end to end development, organization, and optimization of digital product content across key retail partners, including Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Ulta. This role blends content operations, platform management, and hands-on exposure to ecommerce content strategy. The intern will learn how digital content is created, organized, and published across systems while contributing directly to projects that improve product discoverability, accuracy, and performance online.
The position will collaborate closely with cross functional teams including Content Operations, Creative, Product, and Ecommerce Sales, while supporting both backend operational workflows and front end content initiatives.
Daily Responsibilities:
Amazon Content Optimization & Strategy
Pull data and insights from Amazon tools to evaluate content performance.
Support the coordination of and analyze A/B tests across imagery, copy, and A+ content.
Assist in the development of content recommendations aligned with best practices.
Perform audits of the Amazon catalog to identify content gaps and opportunities
Product Information Management (PIM) Salsify
Support content entry and validation within Salsify.
Review and ensure accuracy of product attributes, copy, images, and digital assets.
Assist in documenting workflow improvements for content loading and retailer syndication.
Monitor syndication status and flag issues to the team (no troubleshooting required).
Assist with content readiness for retailers including Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Ulta.
Digital Asset Management (DAM) Bynder
Support uploading, tagging, organizing, and basic QA of assets within Bynder.
Participate in auditing asset libraries for completeness and accuracy.
Assist with folder structure, taxonomy, or metadata improvements as needed.
Content Project Management
Track timelines and deliverables for assigned content-related projects.
Coordinate with creative, product, and marketing teams to gather inputs and approvals.
Support the development or refinement of content briefs (as needed).
Perform QA on final content, including PDP copy, images, and A+ modules, before submission.
General Expectations
Participate in team meetings and cross functional discussions.
Communicate project updates, issues, and risks promptly.
Support both ongoing tasks and small independent projects.
Work within established workflows while also identifying opportunities for efficiency.
Job Requirements:
You should be a current college student, entering your junior or senior year in the fall of 2026.
The internship program will run from June 1, 2026, through August 7, 2026. Interns will work Monday through Friday on a 37.5-hour work week schedule, which includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break each day.
We require candidates to maintain excellent academic standing.
Demonstrated strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, is a must.
As part of our hybrid work model, interns are expected to be present in the office 4 days a week with Friday being a work from anywhere day. Please note that Conair does not provide housing for summer interns.

Compensation:
Compensation for all internship positions is set at $25 per hour, and the internship is based out of our Stamford, CT corporate office location.
