Job Description:

We are looking for a strategic and technically proficient Director of Analytics Solutions to lead the development and deployment of enterprise-wide analytics capabilities. This role will be instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization by implementing advanced analytics technology and solution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business intelligence, data architecture, and cross-functional collaboration within a consumer products environment.

Daily Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture/design, implementation, best practices, and optimization of analytics solutions using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SAP, and SAP BW. Define data roadmaps, architecture vision, and adoption of emerging analytics technologies Establish enterprise data architecture strategy, governance frameworks, and standards aligned with business goals. Manage partners and vendor relationships - oversee the implementation of third-party analytics tools and services. Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of full-stack analytics developers. Develop and maintain scalable data models and dashboards to support business insights and strategic initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organizations to understand analytics needs and deliver actionable insights. Drive the integration of AI technologies to enhance predictive analytics and automation capabilities. Ensure data governance, quality, and security across all analytics platforms. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve analytics capabilities.

Job Requirements:

10+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data management roles. Proven track record leading multiple end-to-end implementations of Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), Data Lake/Lakehouse, and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. Must have strong hands-on, end-to-end implementation experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL Server, SSAS, and SSRS. Expertise developing analytics solutions on Cloud Analytics platforms (Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, AWS, GCP, etc.). Experience implementing AI-driven analytics solutions. Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and data visualization best practices. Expert-level data modeling skills, including Star Schema and Third Normal Form (3NF) design. Proven ability to handle structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data types (JSON, XML, EDI, etc.). Skilled in diverse data ingestion methods � APIs, ODBC, JDBC, and custom connectors. Comprehensive understanding of the EDW/BI development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support structure. Strong knowledge of Self-Service BI best practices and Agile BI development methodologies. Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in consumer products or similar industry preferred. Domain knowledge across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Supply Chain. Strong data understanding of SAP functional modules (FI, SD, MM, PP, PM, IBP); familiarity with Manhattan data is a plus. Experience integrating data from third-party aggregators such as Nielsen and Circana. Bachelor�s degree in data science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Compensation:

Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time. Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time. This role requires Stamford, CT office on-site presence Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere on Fridays.
