Job Description:

MKDA is seeking a Project Manager to join our Stamford, CT studio. The Project Manager will help guide project teams throughout each phase of a project, with primary responsibility for technical documentation, consultant coordination, and construction administration. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, highly organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks while balancing detailed documentation with broader project delivery goals. Must currently reside in the Connecticut/ NY Tri-State Area or be willing to relocate.

Daily Responsibilities:

�Create construction documents, including drafting and detailing �Coordinate with consultants and internal team members throughout all project phases �Perform construction administration, including shop drawing and submittal review �Conduct field surveys and prepare field reports �Attend field and coordination meetings and support overall team communication �Ensure quality completion of deliverables on time and on budget �Assist in monitoring contract compliance and execution �Participate in programming, visioning, and site assessment tasks

Job Requirements:

�B.Arch or M.Arch with a minimum of five years� experience in interior architecture, corporate interiors preferred �Strong knowledge of technical design and construction drawing documentation and detailing � Experience coordinating consultants and contributing to construction administration �Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with increasing responsibility in coordination and delivery � Must be highly proficient in AutoCAD and knowledge of Revit is a plus �SketchUp, Enscape, and other 3D modeling or visualization software preferred; Adobe Creative Suite a plus as well � Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills �Strong organization, team building, and relationship management skills �Must have experience working in and currently reside in the Connecticut area or be willing to relocate.
