Job Description:


Valitana is seeking a Client Engagement Associate to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they continuously derive value from Valitana's platforms. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, client-focused professional with excellent communication skills who is eager to work at the intersection of financial technology and customer success. The individual in this role will develop a deep familiarity with Valitana's platforms and engage with current and prospective clients on their usage of Valitana products. They will serve as a key point of contact for clients, gathering and analyzing feedback, driving retention, and identifying opportunities to expand platform adoption. This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on client satisfaction and revenue growth.


Daily Responsibilities:


Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across Valitana's platform user base. Communicate with all clients on a recurring basis to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and ensure continued platform engagement. Drive client retention efforts, track NPS scores, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for existing clients. Analyze client feedback to surface trends and develop actionable recommendations for improving the client experience. Guide Valitana users through best practices and platform features to help them better leverage Valitana's offerings. Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to relay client needs and advocate for product improvements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, feedback, and engagement status. Support travel to client meetings or work-related events as needed (up to 10%).


Job Requirements:


24 years of experience in client engagement, customer success, account management, or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or a related field. Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with institutional clients. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate customer feedback into meaningful insights. Ability to quickly understand and articulate new financial and technical concepts. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP). Preferred: general familiarity with financial concepts across multiple asset classes. Preferred: experience working within a SaaS environment. Preferred: proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.


Compensation:


Base salary range for this role is $85,000$105,000.
