Job Description:
As a key member of the Commercial Admin Program Management Office, the Manager will serve as a strategic project leader responsible for driving complex, cross functional initiatives from intake and planning through execution, delivery, and post implementation evaluation. This role will partner closely with business process owners, product owners, and senior leaders to assess current business processes, identify opportunities, and ensure successful delivery of multi workstream solutions across Commercial lines of business and platforms.
Daily Responsibilities:
Lead and facilitate stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements gathering activities to define project goals, scope, success criteria, and potential risks across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Assist in reviewing business processes and documenting current and future states in partnership with process owners, using process maps and established methodologies.
Manage complex projects throughout the full lifecycle, from concept and requirements through design, build, testing, deployment, and post launch analysis, ensuring clear timelines, risk mitigation plans, and consistent communication of project status.
Monitor and interpret key performance indicators, applying data driven insights to inform decision making, measure outcomes, and improve project performance.
Support the creation, evolution, and governance of PMO standards, including project methodologies, templates, controls, and policy documentation.
Provide leadership, coaching, and best practice guidance to project teams to ensure alignment with objectives, adherence to project timelines, and delivery of high quality outcomes.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree required.
5 through 7 years of relevant experience.
Team player with a positive attitude and contributes to an energetic and motivated team environment with a strong sense of urgency and work ethic.
Project Management experience, including process design and improvement.
Strategic and tactical critical thinking skills: ability to synthesize complex information to communicate effectively with teammates at all levels.
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships, display organizational savvy, leverage networks, and value diversity; drive cross functional collaboration across the enterprise.
Experience working in an agile environment and toolset.
Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this position is $110,000.00 to $130,000.00 annually. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
