Job Description:
As a Compensation Associate, you will manage multiple survey projects and contribute to high-profile consulting engagements within our Global Financial Services Industry group. This is a unique opportunity to influence compensation strategies across leading financial institutions worldwide.
Daily Responsibilities:
You will manage the full compensation survey cycle from launch to report delivery ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely results. Acting as the primary client contact, you will lead job matching sessions, resolve data issues, and deliver clear insights that strengthen client relationships and drive participation.
You will analyze large datasets, interpret compensation trends, and prepare impactful reports and presentations. Beyond survey management, you will support bespoke consulting projects such as benchmarking, incentive plan design, and regulatory updates, while contributing to broader initiatives like industry research, training, and business development.
Job Requirements:
13 years of compensation survey experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Corporate exposure through internships, part-time roles, or related education
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings
Strong analytical and project management abilities
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Results-driven mindset focused on business success
Proficiency in databases and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); advanced Excel skills preferred
Compensation:
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $68,000 to $85,000 USD per year.
The role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
