Daily Responsibilities:
Training Provided.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources, mathematics, statistics, finance, or another quantitative field, with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
Strong interest in consulting, corporate HR, and/or compensation-related work.
Strong skills in mathematics, data analysis, or Proxy work is a plus.
Detail-oriented with strong PC expertise, particularly in database management.
Commitment to the full cycle of the assignment late May mid August, opportunity to extend for select individuals.
Passion for problem-solving and delivering client-focused solutions.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.
Accepting applications from candidates graduating with a Bachelors or Masters degree between December 2026 and June 2027.
