What is the interview process at Crane?


The interview process at Crane consists of an initial phone interview with Human Resources that covers basic employment history and experience. The screening call lasts thirty minutes. After this call, there is a second in-depth phone interview a manager that covers in-depth how the candidate's skills are applicable to the position. The second interview is sixty minutes. The third interview is a in-person interview involving Chronological in-Depth Structured (CIDS) questions, spanning from high school, college, and previous work history. The questions may seem repetitive, but apply to each stage in the applicant's career history; the questions asked are all the same questions applied to each of the applicant's formers jobs. The in-person interview consists of a panel, Human Resources representative and two managers.
