Fairfield County House is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization established in 2012 dedicated to filling the gap in the delivery of care for those receiving hospice services through a hospice agency. We are the first free-standing residence for people on hospice in Connecticut and are licensed as an assisted living facility.
