The standard interview process with a phone call, Human Resources screening phone call, and then an interview with the department managers. The interview process is straightforward with standard multiple staff from the HR recruiting team. The second round was more on how the candidate's skillsets match the role. They may administer a test referred to Wonderlic. Overall, the interview process is described as fair and professional.

Why WWE? What made you interested in working here and why do you think you'd be a good fit? All of the questions during the interview I was prepared for. I took the time to study my resume and really take time answering all questions. It is important to be confident because some of the questions were tough! Nothing really unexpected. They would like for you to be knowledgable of the product, but most other interns weren't so it isn't a necessity. Wasn't anything too difficult. Very laid back. Gave a good explanation of what I had to do. Being a huge wrestling fan I'm sure helped.
