Job Description:

MKDA is seeking a Job Captain to join our Stamford, CT studio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed and technically sound construction documents along with performing construction administration tasks. The individual will also conduct field surveys and reports, and attend field meetings with clients. Must currently reside in the Connecticut/ NY Tri-State Area or be willing to relocate.

Daily Responsibilities:

Create construction documents General drafting and detailing Construction administration and shop drawing review Field surveys and field reports Attendance at field meetings Client interface

Job Requirements:

B.Arch or M.Arch with 3-5 years of architectural experience Excellent communication and technical skills Strong organization, team building and relationship management skills Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time Must be highly proficient in AutoCAD and knowledge of Revit is a plus Must have experience working in and currently reside in the Connecticut area or be willing to relocate.

Compensation:
