Job Description:
Daily Responsibilities:
Collaborates with the grade-level team to support effective instructional practices that meet the needs of all learners.
Assists in planning and preparing purposeful learning activities that help students build understanding of new concepts.
Supports the delivery of instruction using a variety of strategies to engage students, spark curiosity, and encourage exploration and expression.
Helps administer, collect, and organize qualitative and quantitative student data from various assessments.
Builds positive relationships with students and families through consistent communication about progress and ways to support learning at home.
Participates in school-wide assessments to help identify student needs and inform instruction.
Supervises students during lunch, recess, and other non-instructional periods.
Provides classroom coverage and instructional support as needed.
Offers additional assistance to the school community as required.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree required.
Compensation:
Salary Range: $47,741
